Go on a food trail
Create your own tasting trail with more than 50 award-winning signature dishes by some of the top restaurants from here and around the world, available all in one place.
These drool-worthy items have included Australian Mark Best’s Parmesan Gnocchi, Hong Kong Michelin maestro Alvin Leung’s Molecular ‘Xiao Long Bao’ (soup dumplings) and French chef Alain Passard’s super-famous ‘hot-cold egg’.
Learn from star chefs
For avid cooks, there’s the chance to get up close and personal with their favourite celebrity chefs at hands-on classes, live demonstrations and workshops.
When you’re at Savour, you can’t miss the gourmet market. Sample a selection of products from hundreds of food and drink exhibitors, including wine, fresh produce, seafood and artisanal products.
Special events are a draw card too. This year, Tsukiji Market came to Savour, with seafood specially flown in from the famed Tokyo fish market.
Be prepared to jostle for your spot though, especially at dinnertime. More than 17,500 hungry diners turned up this year alone.
